Oven Roasted Barbecue Chicken

I’m not going to lie. This was one juicy bird. I was proud of myself. I didn’t have much barbecue sauce left so I used McCormick’s barbecue rub, but I rubbed it down with a little olive oil first. Put it in the oven for about 45 minutes then spread the sauce on it and finished cooking it. I’m telling you, the meat slid off the bone.
